There were some bugs with App transparent settings and Android file browsing on some devices.

Patch Notes:

• Enlarged Settings and Close button

• Spaced out the buttons in the upper right corner of Layer Manager 

• Fixed a bug with App transparency functions and settings not saving properly 

• Fixed more bugs with Android file menus for selecting folders and save / load
